Mr. Bruce Hunter age 86 died Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at Glen Care In Warsaw. He is a native of Duplin County and the son of the late Lloyd and Mary Jane Cole Hunter. He is survived by his wife Shirley Hunter of the home; daughters, Dorine Skaggs of Brownville, Kentucky, Ona Mitchell Crooms of Beulaville; sons, Bobby Hunter of Wallace, Bruce Hunter Jr. of Jacksonville; twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and sister, Evelyn Long of Greensboro. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Donald Hunter. Mr. Hunter enjoyed being outside and carving woodwork. His greatest love was for his family.
