Mr. Bruce Carroll Willard age 57 of Willard died Sunday November 21, 2010 at his residence He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Mrs. Rinda Kay Brinkley Willard, of the home, three daughters, Kamera Willard of Gastonia, NC, Wendy Willard of Castle Hayne, NC and Lisa Willard of Wilmington, NC, one step-daughter, Samantha James of Willard, NC, two step-sons, Duaine Cavenaugh of Wallace, NC and Will Canady of Wilmington, NC, one grandchild, Terry Kennedy Lucas, five step-grandchildren, Baylie Cavenaugh, Bradly Knowles, Brantly Hobbs, Alyie James and Holly Cavenaugh and one step-great grandchild, Savannah Knowles. Born in Gaston County, Mr. Willard was the son of Mrs. Lina May Whitworth Willard and the late Carroll Eugene Willard and of the Presbyterian Faith. He loved fishing, building and playing cards. Casketbearers will be provided by the military honor guard. .
