Mr. Christopher \"Chris\" Wayne Shotwell, age 37, of Rose Hill, NC, died January 13, 2011 at Sampson County Regional Medical Center. Chris was born June 21, 1973 to Melissa Olene Stanley Shotwell. He was a lead person at Bay Valley Foods and loved fishing, hunting and carpentry. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Allen and Rachel Stanley; his step-father Harry Sayars. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jackquline Lavenre Lesmeister Shotwell of the home; one daughter, Kayla Shotwell of the home; one brother, Randy Shotwell of Rose Hill; two sisters, Diane Williams of Greensboro and Shirley Sayars of Raleigh; eleven nieces and ten nephews.
