Mr. Clyde Futreal, age 74, of Florida, died Friday November 18, 2011, at Lee Memorial Hospital, Ft. Myers, Florida. He was born in Duplin County, NC, on January 11, 1937, the son of the late James \"Jim\" Fredrick and Clara \"Fuller\" (Thigpen) Futreal and was preceded in death by two brothers, Homer Futreal and Sam Futreal, and three sisters, Grace Kelly, Belle Culbreth, and Tena Moody. Surviving besides Shelby Manning Futreal are: two daughters, Jerri Gibson and husband James of Wilmington, NC and Jo Daughety and husband Woody of Roswell, GA, a sister, Dolly Stewart of Fayetteville, NC, a brother, Jeff Futreal and wife Dorothy of Chinquapin, NC, two grandchildren Erin Mueller and husband John of Beaufort, SC and James Franklin Gibson III of Wilmington, NC, two great grandchildren, Lydia Grace Mueller and John James Mueller III and several nieces and nephews.
