Mrs. Edna Grace (Snyder) Pierce, age 69 of Willard, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Huntington Health Care in Burgaw. Born September 12, 1942 in Phillipsburg, NJ, Mrs. Pierce was the daughter of the late George and Helen (Au) Snyder and was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Horne. She loved crocheting and working with plastic canvases and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Kenneth Pierce Sr., two sons, Kenneth Pierce Jr. and wife Laura of Rose Hill, NC and Daniel Adams and wife B.J. of Princeton, NC, four daughters, Mary Elizabeth Bloodworth of Willard, NC, Rebecca Jean Artist and husband Tony of Freemont, NC, Melissa Capps and husband Russell Sr. of Princeton, NC and Cathy Elaine Whaley of Harrells, NC, seventeen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, three sisters, Elizabeth Sickles and husband Robert of Phillipsburg, NJ, Viola Still and husband Harry Sr. of Phillipsburg, NJ and Ann Colderwood of Los Vegas, NV and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Russell Capps Jr., Matthew Gibson, Armondo Valchez, Justin Murphy, Tim Wilson and Lenny Spell Jr. .
