Mr. Franklin Delano Duncan, age 70 of Wallace, NC, died on July 10, 2015 at Wallace Gardens in Wallace, NC. No funeral services are planned at this time. Franklin is survived by three nephews, Thomas Raeford Lovitt, Dale Alan Lovitt and Kenneth Ray Lovitt, all of Wilmington, NC and a niece, Janet Louise Lovitt of Wilmington, NC.
