Ms. Joann Fogleman Yarber age 74 of Rose Hill passed away Sunday, March 14, 2010 at Dayspring Assisted Living in Wallace. Ms. Yarber is survived by two daughters, Terry Usher and husband Gary of Rose Hill, Annette Vanstory and husband Neil of Raleigh; two sons, Scott Yarber of Kinston, Franklin Yarber and wife Michelle of Sanford; three grandchildren, Cameron Devane and husband Johnathan, Rachel Yarber and Luke Yarber. She is also survived by one brother, Lacy Fogleman and brother-in-law, William Grant. A native of Guilford County, Ms. Yarber is the daughter of the late Lacy and Virginia Mitchell Fogleman. She is preceded in death by two sisters, Jean Bolton and Lorraine Grant and one brother, George Franklin.
