Mr. John Patrick Lettieri, age 23 of Wallace, NC, died on September 13, 2016 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Peniel PFWB Church in Willard, NC officiated by Rev. Michele Pittman and Rev. Judy Norris. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. The family will be receiving friends and family at 5675 Englishtown Road in Wallace, NC.

Patrick is survived by his father, John Richard Lettieri of Leland, NC, his mother, Regina Faye Smith Lettieri of Willard, NC, his sister, Devan Nichole Lettieri and fiancé Billy Sidbury of Clinton, NC, his son, Colby Dale Rivenbark of Penderlea, NC, three step-sisters, Candace Fay Quinn of Rose Hill, NC, Brooke Batchelor of Rose Hill, NC and Abbie Rivenbark Sholar of Warsaw, NC, his step-brother, Adam Cane Rivenbark of Wallace, NC, his step-mother, Melissa Batchelor Lettieri of Rose Hill, NC, his paternal grandparents , Roy and Betty Lettieri of Leland, NC and his maternal grandmother, Glenda Smith of Willard, NC.

Patrick was born on December 12, 1992 in New Hanover County to John Richard Lettieri and Regina Faye Smith Lettieri. He is preceeded in death by his great grandmother, Ruby Lillian Smith, his grandfather, Lloyd Smith, a special great aunt, Connie Smith Scronce, his uncle, Roy Benjamin Lettieri and his best friend, Anthony Machaud.

He loved water sports and motorcycles.

Ushers will be Jeffrey Houston, Travis Foy, Justin Pierce, Michael Manley, Blake Delacerda and Joshua Price.
