Mrs. Julia White Heustess, age 77 of Wallace, NC, passed away June 9, 2014 at Brian Center Health & Rehab Center in Wallace, NC. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Padgett Funeral & Cremation Services in Wallace conducted by the Reverend Jerry Sheffield. The family will receive friends following the service. She is survived by three daughters, Rebecca English-Rooks and husband Terry, Lizabeth Heustess Blanchard and husband Edwin, Sonya Heustess, four grandchildren, Shannon Smith Whaley and husband Scott, Michael Smith, Billy Sidbury, Cory Heustess, six great grandchildren, Peyton Grizzle, Marleigh Sidbury, Caleb Smith, Jon Michael Whaley, Kristyn Whaley, Aydan Whaley and one brother, Ralph White and wife Betty. Born January 4, 1937 in Clarkton, NC, Mrs. Heustess was the daughter of the late James Rexford and Myrtle (McCulloch) White and was preceded in death by her husband David Heustess and two brothers, Rexford White, Jr. and Howard White.
