Mrs. Kiney Padgett Creech age 85 of Wallace went to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday June 7, 2011 at the Brian Center in Wallace. Mrs. Creech leaves behind to cherish her memories to her loving children, Mrs. Jane C. Albertson and husband A. J. of Fayetteville, one son, Jimmy C. Creech, Sr. and wife Geraldine of Wallace, grandchildren, Jeffrey Albertson and wife Cindy of Fayetteville, Allison Walters and husband Preston of Arkansas, Tammy Creech Patram and husband Jody, Frankie Creech and wife Ashley, all of Wallace, Jimmy Creech, Jr. of Oak Island and Jason Creech of Wallace, great grandchildren, Drew Albertson, Lauren Albertson and Amanda A. Lucas and husband Chris of Fayetteville, Morgan and Cal Creech of Oak Island, Jordan and Ashlynn Patram, Trey and Suzanna Creech, all of Wallace, great great grandchildren, Talon, Brayden and Kamran, step-grandson, Adam Creech of Rose Hill, and one sister, Colleen Padgett Gurganious of Brian Center, also many nieces and nephews and a special nephew, Bruce Creech. Born on October 27, 1925 in Duplin County, Mrs. Creech was the daughter of the late Teachey Bruce and Alice Pearce Padgett and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wallace. Kiney always liked to bake cakes and take food to her family and friends and was famous for her chicken casserole. She loved cooking for her family until she had declining health. She will be missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Dorson Lee Creech in 1993, one son, Franklin Lee Creech and daughter-in-law, Margaret Ann Wood Creech, three brothers, James Padgett, Gene \"Son\" Padgett and Earl \"Bud\" Padgett and three sisters, Ozell Creech, Maydell Whaley and Nola Dixon. Casketbearers will be Jeffrey Albertson, Drew Albertson, Jimmy Creech, Jr., Jason Creech, Bruce Whaley and Adam Creech.
