Mrs. Linda Faye Bizzell age 64 of Wallace died Friday June 8, 2012 at her residence. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jerry Bizzell, of the home, two sons, Kenneth Bizzell of Wallace, NC and David Bizzell and wife Candace of Wallace, NC, one granddaughter, Joanna Marie Ross of Marietta, GA, mother, Lucille Marshburn of Wilmington, NC, one sister, Betty Morgan and husband Howard of Hollywood, FL. Born April 24, 1948 in Newport News, VA, Mrs. Bizzell is the daughter of Lucille Allen Marshburn and the late Jack Lionel Marshburn and was a member of Wallace United Methodist Church and also attended Temple Baptist Church in Wilmington. For the past 32 years, Linda's passion was singing with the group, The Sounds of Music. Casket bearers will be Robert Tart, Joe Brown, Jeff Carter, Steve Holland, Robert Matthews, Thomas Townsend, Jimmy Smith, Jimmy Dunn, John Thornhill and Elwood Coombs.
