Linda Susan Walker Knowles of Rose Hill, NC, passed from her earthly life on Saturday, February 18, 2023, while at home.  Born on November 4, 1951, she is the daughter of the late Roney Caleb and Mary Lynn Sutton Walker.  Also preceding her in death are her brother--Charles Walker and brother-in-law--Joseph Knowles.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband--Larry M. Knowles; children--Sean Knowles (Tracy) and Wendy Malone (Chris); brother--James Walker (Vicky); sisters-in-law--Alana Walker and Alex Knowles; brother-in-law--James Knowles (Karen); grandchildren--Jeremy Brice, Carrie Malone, Madelynn Knowles, and Cole Malone; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Knowles was born in and lived in Pender County until her marriage to Larry Mitchell Knowles, at which time, she moved to Duplin County.  She was a humble woman who loved her Lord, her husband, and her family.  The family requests that, rather than flowers, consideration be given to a contribution in her memory to Evergreen Baptist Church, 63 E Magnolia-Lisbon Road, Rose Hill, NC 28458.

A graveside service to celebrate her life is set for 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 in the Rockfish Memorial Cemetery of Wallace, NC.
