Mrs. Mary \"Jenny\" Virginia James age 90 of Wallace died Saturday November 25, 2011 at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation in Wallace. She is survived by one son, William Terry James of Teachey, one granddaughter, Mary J. Ashley and Ronnie of Wallace, one daughter-in-law, JoAnna Lovette and husband George of Teachey and several nieces and nephews. Born October 29, 1921 in Duplin County, Mrs. James was the daughter of the late John W. and Mary J. Lee Harrell and a member of Wallace Presbyterian Church. She loved eating doughnuts, gardening and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Harvey James, one son, Jerry C. James, four sisters, Stella Knowles, Mattie Williams, Annie Register and Sally Kennedy, five brothers, Macy Harrell, Johnny Harrell, Preston Harrell, Horace Harrell and Norwood \"Naughty\" Harrell and one daughter-in-law, Donice C. James.
