Mrs. Mildred Alene Schineller, age 84 of Wilmington, NC, passed away June 22, 2014 at her residence in Wilmington, NC. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2014 at Padgett Funeral & Cremation Services in Wallace conducted by the Reverend Brian Dole. Burial will follow at Parker Brooks Family Cemetery in Rose Hill, NC. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Mrs. Schineller's residence, 5916 Down Rigger Court, Wilmington, NC. She is survived by three daughters, Deborah Ann Wheeler and husband Ashley of Lake City, SC, Kathleen Elizabeth Gallagher and husband Kevin of Wilmington, NC, Donna Ruth Jones of Port St. Lucie, FL, four sisters, Mary Frances Parker Nitschke of Long Island, NY, Jeniva Dee Albright and husband Bill of Meridan, CT, Ruby Rae Merritt of Sumpter, SC, Ruth Gray Parker of Rose Hill, NC, two brothers, Forrest Gene Parker and wife Liz of Rose Hill, NC, Roger Calhoun Parker and wife Joan of Rose Hill, NC, three step children, Suzanne Seiwell and husband Robert of Pennsylvania, Robert Schineller and wife Janet of Florida, Jeanne Ohm and husband Thomas of Media, PA, eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Born November 13, 1929 in Duplin County, NC, Mrs. Schineller was the daughter of the late Jacob Franklin and Lucy Elizabeth (Brooks) Parker and was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward Francis Schineller and George Anthony Jones, daughter, Jean Marie Jones, three sisters, Margaret Louise Farrior, Mae Ernestine Hoffman, Judy Brooks Parker, four brothers, Fred Milton Parker, Durwood Lee Parker, Jacob Franklin Parker, Jr. and Charles Joseph Parker.
