Mollie Lou McLean of Wallace, NC, passed from her earthly life during the early evening of Monday, October 27, 2025, while a resident of Wallace Rehabilitation and Health Care Center of Wallace, NC.  Born on July 6, 1943, she is the daughter of the late Cedric Vollars and Frances Benson Zibelin.  Also preceding her in death are her husband--Henry McLean; and a brother--Michael Zibelin.

Left to cherish her memory are her children--Frances Brooks Sholar and husband Darren of Chinquapin and Melissa Loflin; grandchildren--Delani, Kati, Molli Anne, and Erin; and brother--Warren Zibelin of Nebo, NC.

Mrs. McLean was born in Duplin County and spent her early childhood years in the area.  For the greater part of her work career she served her fellowman as a dental assistant, where she gained and cherished many friendships.
