Mr. Robert \"Jimmy\" James Horne, age 73 of Willard, NC, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Padgett Funeral Chapel conducted by the Reverend Merrell McKoy. Burial will follow at Rockfish Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, March 1, 2013 at Padgett Funeral Chapel. Surviving is a son, Jamie Horne and wife Tammy of Willard, NC and a brother, Wayne Horne of Willard, NC and four step children, Rene Berube, Michele Horne, Judith Williams and Fleurette Berube. Robert was born on November 26, 1939, the son of the late Robert Graham and Mary Burt (Bowen) Horne and was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Giddings Horn and a brother, Graham Currie Horne.
