Mrs. Sarah Catherine Mobley age 95 of Wallace died Wednesday November 10, 2010 at Britthaven of North Chase in Wilmington. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ellen Swan and husband Ray of St. Louis, Missouri and Mrs. Dorothy Hockenberry of Richmond, Va, two sons, David Maready and wife Anita of Wilmington and Donald Maready of Beulaville, 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A native of Duplin County, Mrs. Mobley was the daughter of the late James Nelson and Mary Jane Dail Maready. She loved working in the yard and garden and cleaning and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lemuel Maready and a daughter, Grace Yates.
