Mrs. Smithie Ann Fussell Taylor age 90 of 2626 South 903 Hwy, Magnolia, died Thursday, July 2, 2009 at the Brian Center of Wallace. Funeral Services will be held 3:30 pm Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Concord Baptist Church, 1755 Concord Church Road, Magnolia, conducted by Rev. James W. Johnson.Burial to follow in Oak Plain Cemetery, Magnolia, NC. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Elmore of Pink Hill; one son William Fred Taylor and wife Connie of Raleigh; one brother Herman Fussell and wife Monk of Topsail Beach; one sister Lillie Mae Joyce of Clemmons, NC; three grandchildren, Ann Howard and husband Clay of Clinton, Karen Taylor and William Taylor of Raleigh; one great grandchild, Madison Howard. A native of Duplin County, she was a member of the Concord Baptist Church. She is the daughter of the late Council Fussell and Lille Register and preceded in death by her husband William \"Billy\" Taylor. The family will receive at the church from 2:30 - 3:30 pm Sunday.
