Terry Gene English, of Wallace, passed from his earthly life into his heavenly home on December 6, 2024. Terry was born on November 27, 1957, to the late James Edward English and Mary Mobley Hall and husband Ben Hall, Jr.    He was also preceded in death by a sister Janice Marie Caison. Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife Laurie Johnson English, sons Coty Jess English and wife Joy of Supply, NC, Skylar James Author English and Fiancé Anna Casteen of Wallace, NC;  daughters Crystal English Frost and husband Mathew of Havelock, NC and Christine Morey Pardue and husband Mathew of Wilmington, NC; his brothers Ken English and wife Wilma of Indiana, Ben Hall III  and wife Jill of Wilmington, NC, Gary Casion of Teachey, NC; sister-in-law Ashley Bailey and husband Jeff of Leland, NC; 6 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry worked as an electrician until retiring. He enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, hunting and baseball. But his favorite pastime was time spent with family. He loved his family and was a doating grandfather.  Family has requested that, rather than flowers, consideration be given to a contribution to the Pet Friends of Duplin.

Family will greet friends at a visitation set for 2:00 P.M., followed by a memorial service to celebrate his life at 3:00 p.m., on December 29, 2024 in the Wallace First Assembly of God, 212 West Main Street, Wallace, NC.  Officiating will be the Reverend Leo Bracken.
