Tracey Lynette Stalker of Wallace, NC passed from her earthly life on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in an automobile accident.  Born on March 19, 1976 in New Hanover County, she is the daughter of Rebecca Ann Smith Harrell and the late Royce Lee Williams, Sr.  She is also preceded in death by a son—Preston Lee Stalker.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents—Jesse R. and Rebecca Harrell of Wallace; children—Chandler  and Katey Stalker of Wallace; brother—Royce Lee Williams, Jr. of Wallace; and sister—Melissa Harrell of Wallace; special nieces—Carlee Cottle, Carissa Shepard, Faythlyn Williams; special nephew—Randyn Swinson; special friend—Nakiyah Newkirk

Tracey grew up in the Wallace area and was very well known in her role as an employee of the Wallace Piggly Wiggly grocery store—having been employed there over twenty years.  She enjoyed collecting pocketbooks, trips to the mountains and the beach, and her Piggly Wiggly work family.  More than anything else on earth, she loved her children and her family.

A graveside service to celebrate her life is set for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021 in the Rose Hill Cemetery on Fire Tower Road in Rose Hill, NC.  Floral arrangements are welcome or contributions, in her memory, may be considered for the Shriners Hospital for Children.  Padgett Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the Stalker family.
