William Decator Stephenson, Jr. age 47, of Willard, died Thursday, May 5, 2011 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, William was born October 10, 1963 to William Decator Stephenson, Sr. and Hilda Faye Warner Stephenson. He worked as a salesman in retail and he loved his dogs. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Gwendolyn Stephenson; three step-brothers, Johnny Mildenberger, David Love and Shane Love; one step-sister, Kisha Weisensen.
