Clifton Jack Bryant of Harrells, NC departed his earthly life on Sunday, September 13, 2020. Born on January 25, 1967, he was the son of the late Gerald Jack Bryant and Judith Marie Richardson Bryant Rogers. He was also preceded in death by siblings—Tammy Burgess Manawi and Gerald Clifton Bryant, Jr.
Left to cherish his memory are his grandmother—Doris Richardson; wife—Sandra Rabon Bryant; children—Amber Bryant of Rocky Point, Clifton Bryant of Leland, Rayven Bryant of Harrells, and Timothy “TJ” James of Wallace; brothers—Charles Bryant of Winnabow and Gary Bryant and wife Wanda of Winston-Salem; nephew—Charles Bryant, Jr. of Charlotte; Niece—Cherry Marie Burgess of Asheboro; and grandchild—Chesney Jones of Rocky Point.
Mr. Bryant spent a good portion of his work career as a truck driver for Ezzell Trucking Inc of Harrells, North Carolina. He enjoyed his job a great deal and looked forward to going to work each day. In his spare time he liked to bowl in a bowling league with his son C J, fish with his daughter Rayven, walk in the park with his oldest daughter Amber, and shoot pool with his brother Charles. He also liked hunting, camping, and cooking. Family was very dear to him and his granddaughter was the “light of his life”.
A graveside service to celebrate his life is set for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2020 in the Riverview Memorial Park in Willard, North Carolina.
