Dulan Adrian Wallace of Rose Hill, NC departed his earthly life on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 while at home. Born on August 15, 1934, he is the son of the late Adrian Halsa and Lela Ellen Blanton Wallace. Also preceding him in death are granddaughter--Kimberly Ann Wallace; and siblings—Eleanor Brinkley and J. C. Wallace.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of fifty-six years—Mary Lillian Jobe Wallace of the home; sons—Robert Graham Wallace and wife Peggy Ann of Warsaw, Adrian Chasten Wallace and wife Angel of Rose Hill, and David Curtis Wallace and wife Melissa of Rose Hill; grandchildren—Carla Marie Wallace of Clinton, Daniel Forrest Wallace and wife Ashley of Norfolk (VA), Jacob Adrian Wallace of Warsaw, Stone Purdee Wallace, and Darren Andrew Wallace of Rose Hill; brother—Frank Gene Wallace of Albertson; and sister—Betty Sue “Shug” Cavenaugh of Beulaville.
Mr. Wallace enjoyed being outside in his farming operation and observing God’s creation all the while. He loved his Lord more than anything and spent a great deal of time in his bible learning how to obey God. He loved his family more than anything on earth which is obvious to anyone who knew him.
A service to celebrate his life is set for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021 in the 401 West Main Street chapel of Padgett Funeral & Cremation Services in Wallace.
