Lucille (Moore) Bryant

Mrs. Lucille Moore Bryant, 87, of Teachey, NC passed from her earthly life into her heavenly life at midday on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 while at Vidant Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, NC.  Born on January 28, 1934, she is the daughter of the late Aaron and Nellie Louzinna Simmons Moore.  Also preceding her in death are her husband--Wilbert Lee "Buddy" Bryant; son--Daniel Glenn Bryant; and siblings--John A. "Pete" Moore and infant David Moore. 

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter--Angela Bryant Parker and husband Milton of Teachey; grandchildren--Jessica Taylor of Invanhoe, William Parker and wife Johanna of Willard, and Courtney Munoz and husband Joe of Tampa (FL); great grandchildren--Blake Harvell, Carley Byrd, Emalee Byrd, Isabella Munoz, Nicholas Munoz, Jake Parker, and Ryan Parker; and siblings--Betty Yarborough of Madison (VA), Carolyn Clark of Columbia (AL), Katherine Moore of Teachey, and Nellie Spearman of Teachey.

Mrs. Bryant was a goodhearted lady who loved her Lord dearly and was grateful for life itself.  She was humble in all she did and was never one to complain.  Her "green thumb" allowed the growth of many types of plants in her yard and garden.  She enjoyed the art of crocheting, word search puzzles, and 'Days of Our Lives'.  Next to her Lord, she loved her family more than anything.

A service to celebrate her life if set for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at the Wallace Church of God in Teachey.  Officiating will be the Reverend Todd Narron.  Family will greet friends at a visitation at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow the service in Riverview Memorial Park of Watha.
