Phoebe Caroline (Lefler) Johnson

Phoebe Caroline Lefler Johnson passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. She was currently a resident of Parish Family Care Home in Warsaw, NC. Born in Cabarrus County, NC on July 27, 1926, she is the daughter of the late Ida and Sidney Lefler. She was also preceded in death by her husband-- Adrian Atwood Johnson; sisters -- Nell Kelly and Beulah Pietroswitcz; and brothers -- Reece Lefler, Buster Lefler, Hubert Lefler, Horace Lefler, and Gentry Lefler.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter -- Kathy (Donald) Norris of Willard; son-- David (Anita) Johnson of Rose Hill; grandchildren -- Jason Norris (Katie), Amanda Burch (Alex), Tracey Johnson (Anthony); and great grandsons -- Dillon Norris, Ryker Burch, Landon Kennedy, and Craig Collins.

Mrs. Johnson lived in Rose Hill area and was well known by many in her community and Rose Hill area. She loved her Lord and loved her family more than anything else on earth.

A graveside service to celebrate her life is set for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Rockfish Church Cemetery. Officiating will be the Reverend David Knowles. Family will greet friends at the service and at other times at the home of David and Anita Johnson -- 780 Fussell Road -- Rose Hill, NC.
