Left to cherish her memory is her husband—Donald Louis Rivenbark of Rose Hill; daughter—Leslie F. Rodriguez and ex-husband Oscar, Jr of Riverside, NJ; grandchildren—Tyler Nevadomski and husband William of Matthews, NC and Olivia Buron and husband Steven of Metuchen, NJ; great grandchildren—Cameron John Buron and Camila Rose Buron; brother--William Frank Collins, Jr; and very special friends—Maryanne Stanley and Jan Davis.
Mrs. Zayne was a true southern belle who always had a smile on her face. She was one on those rare individuals who truly enjoyed helping other people. This trait influenced a great many people while she served as librarian for many years. She spent mornings as librarian in Kenansville and her afternoons in Rose Hill where she made a positive impact on the lives of many of the children she encountered there. She also enjoyed reading, cooking and crocheting. More than anything else on earth, she loved her family and made them a large part of her life.
A graveside service to celebrate her life is set for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2020 in the Fussell Family Cemetery of Rose Hill. Family requests that, rather than floral arrangements, contributions be considered to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Padgett Funeral & Cremation Services is serving the Rivenbark family.
