Henry was an Ordained Minister, from 1948 to 2012 as a member of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, Conference of North Carolina.  Tim died peacefully in Scottsdale, Arizona on November 24, 2012, at Desert Cove Group Home where his son and daughter-in-law, CT and Tate Henry, had placed him on November 1, 2012 for care.
